We first see Febronia when Virgil is supposedly killed by KOS-MOS on the woglinde. While he falls he says the name 'Feb' and we see an image of a girl in front of an alter. At this point in the game this sequence seems irrelevant, just another character link. However she does play a bigger role
Feb is realian, and a current outcast at that. She worked for the Uzuki family before her death, and now exists in KOS-MOS' consciousness only because Shion is projecting a memory of her. She was killed and 'eaten' by a group of human shaped gnosis, the scene is imprinted onto Shion's memory, and it is recalled when the group first meets feb.
